LED RING AND
BACKGROUND ILLUMINATION SYSTEMS

A new type of surface-contacted SMD-LED with a 120° light-radiation angle makes a very homogenous illumination of test objects possible.
This is coupled with a high colour temperature of 6,500°K, to make the system suitable for microscope, camera or background illumination. The service life of these SMD-LEDs is up to 100,000 hours and offers economical advantages. In the case of cycles test procedures on the image-processing sector, both the brightness and the service life are increased considerably.

We produce these lighting elements almost always according to customers' requirements.
In the standard range, we are able to supply the following sizes:
# 03.31 015 Inside Ø 66 mm x outside Ø 98 mm (120 LED's) and
# 03.30 000 Inside Ø 66 mm x outside Ø 120 mm ( 264 LED's).

Elements in the size 25 x 25 mm with 24 LEDs are available for background illumination.
These may be assembled to make larger illuminated areas as desired by customers.
On requesc, red LEDs may be used in this manner and quoted for.
